     With a lifetime of experience in the ranching industry and ranches of our own, Joe will continue to specialize in the ranch and farm properties.  He is especially familiar with Federal and State land leases, water rights and the new laws recently enacted for septic systems in New Mexico.  The best promoter of ranch and farm property is one that knows it from the ground up.

     Janet specializes in residential listings but is knowledgable in the farm/ranch industry also.  Our office will provide you with tips and ideas to stage your home to promote it to its highest potential.  The housing industry is currently very active and stable in SE New Mexico.  We have not seen the softening that other markets in the rest of country have.  We still have stable prices in our market and still have an active market .  SE New Mexico is a great place to live and do business!
