       The area is served by  Queen Cafe and RV Park, home of the world famous green chili Mountain Man burger.  And there is Tip's Convenience store that has just about anything you could ever want.  Locals gather on Sunday at Tip's for a meal of smoked BBQ or some other specialty of the week.  There is also a county fire station for local home protection and they coordinate with the Forest Service on wild fires and rescues.
