North and South Kuykendall draw converge with Robina Draw and flow into

cattle. Several soil types and vegetation consists of various grama
grasses, tobasa, burrograss, filaree, mesquite, fourwing saltbush,
various stalk cactus and seasonal weeds.

Winters will have occasional snow. Rainfall is averaged at 15-17”
yearly. Generally an eight month growing season. Frost occurs
historically in late October to late November.
Comments: This is an easy access
well-improved ranch ready for your operation. Owners have made many
improvements with a new separating pasture fence, pipelines and storage
troughs and a solar pump to be installed. There is a cooperating
agreement between the BLM and the NRCS for a large brush control
project. This was completed in 2006. This has proven very successful
on neighboring ranches insuring a better utilization of grasses and
grazing capacity. Many species of wildlife inhabit this place from
Desert Mule Deer, bobcat, fox, mountain lion, quail, dove and many other
small species. Just a generally all around good ranch.
